If you purchased the common stock of Cooper during the Class Period, you may move the Court for appointment as lead plaintiff by no later than January 27, 2012. A lead plaintiff is a representative party who acts on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation. Class action or a representative action is a form of lawsuit in which a large group of people collectively bring a claim to court and/or in which a class of defendants is being sued.
